Saturday pre-orders sold out by Thursday, nine weeks running
A sourdough bakery wanted Saturday pre-orders without a phone queue.
The brief
Peel sold out by ten every Saturday and spent Fridays answering the phone. They needed a site that took orders and still smelled of flour.
What I made
A Framer site with a weekly bake list, a simple order-ahead form and photography shot in the bakery at 6 am.
What happened
Saturday pre-orders sold out by Thursday for nine weeks running, and the phone stopped ringing on Fridays.
We open the oven knowing exactly how many loaves to bake.
